1. Who is this beautiful guy all over this tumblr?
That would be Bill Kaulitz! He’s the lead singer of a German band named Tokio Hotel. They’re pretty huge all over the world, although they haven’t quite broken the American market… yet ;) He has also done some modeling, and was the voice of Arthur in the first two Arthur und die Minimoys movies (aka Arthur and the Invisibles).
2. Why don’t you post about the other members of Tokio Hotel?
Bill appeals to me beyond Tokio Hotel. I like his style and his taste, in things as simple as clothing and jewelry, and in things more complicated, like his work outside of Tokio Hotel as well. I admire him a great deal and he inspires me. I have a separate tumblr for the whole band, Tokio Hotel Daily, where I try very hard to make sure all the members get attention.
3. What sorts of things would you never post on here?
There are a few things. I will never post stalker pictures, or any pictures that invade Bill’s privacy (such as vacation pictures). Passing those on only creates a demand for them and gives the people sharing them the attention they are looking for. I won’t post manips at all, nor will I post any sort of explicit fanart or anything specifically twincest-related. To each their own, I don’t judge, I just don’t want it here. I won’t post things that poke fun at his English. Also, you can count on this to never, ever be a negative, wanky, or homophobic space.
4. Can you follow me back?
Unfortunately, I don’t do follow-for-follow. This isn’t even my main account (and I keep my main account away from TH fandom for the most part). I also don’t use tumblr for socializing or much commentary, or anything personal besides a reflection of my interests.
5. How do you make gifs/graphics?
For gifs and graphics, I use Photoshop CS4. There’s a wonderful tutorial here for making gifs that I found very helpful!
*Note: I will not tag any of the work that I post here, be it gifs or photo edits or screenshots. I enjoy making these, and I enjoy sharing them and it makes me very happy when other people enjoy them :) I only ask that nobody ever claim the work as their own or edit them in any way. I’m not opposed to requests if you would like anything changed or made! ♥
